Channelled messages for March 23rd 2017
Our message for today is a reminder that our perspective shapes our reality. In other words, what we choose to focus on or pay attention to becomes the only thing we see. Therefore it’s very important that we only invest our time and energy in positive things, people, events etc. because they will determine how we feel, what we think and how we react in our daily lives. It is also a reminder not to give away our power and energy to things and people who are not worthy, negative situations/events, information that provokes fear and anxiety etc. For every bad thing or person in the world, there is a positive one and that is what we are asked to focus on. It’s not that we should ignore the bad in the world (because that would mean losing touch with the reality of what happens in the world we live in), we should acknowledge it but not focus on it, in other words not to allow it to get to us and trigger negative emotions or affect our mood in a negative way. When we see, hear or read something “bad” lets say a prayer, wish the people well, send the situation light etc. and then move on to happier things and that should be our focus. The more we give our attention and energy to light things, happy things, the better and happier we feel and the more we surround ourselves with positivity in everything we do and everywhere we go. You could say this “practice” is a form of spiritual protection, as we are consciously choosing what energies to allow in our worlds out of all the energies that could come in.
For other of us the message here is to get some perspective. We may have lost our way because we focus too much on the details, “the small stuff”, things that may not be essential or don’t need to be perfect etc. and as a result everything is confusing, feels stuck or like a constant struggle, or we may find it difficult to be motivated or even to remember what we were trying to do in the first place. If this sounds familiar it’s time to take a step back, take a few deep breaths, clear our heads and then go back to the situation with new energy and fresh eyes. More often than not, we will see why we got lost and more importantly what the way forward is out of the maze that our minds created by over thinking things.
Another message coming through is changing perspectives to resolve a conflict or tense situation. The way to resolve this in a healthy way is to see the other person’s point of view with compassion and understanding. If we keep an open mind as opposed to getting lost in ego consciousness (telling us our feelings are hurt, making us stubborn, or feel righteous in our anger, feeling the need to place blame etc.) we will resolve any conflict with another person or even with ourselves, we may even anticipate a few tense situations and resolve them before they escalate or, if we are open to it, we may also heal some deep wounds from the past and get much-needed closure.
I hope the messages make sense and that they help. Feel free to like, comment and share!
Have a great day and thank you for stopping by!
